1. Who We Are
Kavora(a brand owned and operated by Vinayak Infratech)is an online flower tea brand committed to bringing you natural, high-quality blends. Our website kavoraessence.com is operated by Vinayak Infratech. We are based in Ghaziabad, Uttarpradesh, India
2. Ordering & Dispatch
– Orders may be placed directly through our website.
– Once your order is received, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming the details of your purchase.
– After payment confirmation, we will send you a dispatch notification.
– In case of large or wholesale orders, dispatch may take 3–5 working days as we often prepare stock fresh to maintain quality.
– Kavora reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a refund before dispatch if an item is unavailable or due to unforeseen reasons.
3. Prices & Payments
– Prices listed on our website are subject to change but will not affect orders already confirmed.
– Prices shown are exclusive of shipping charges, which will be added at checkout.
– If a product has been incorrectly priced due to an error, we will notify you before processing. You may choose to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it.
– All retail orders must be prepaid via debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, or other payment methods displayed on the website.
– For wholesale or bulk orders, payments may also be accepted via bank transfer or cheque (within India) as agreed upon. Late payments may attract interest charges.
4. Delivery
– We aim to process all retail orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on the next working day. In rare cases, order processing may take up to 3 working days.
– Estimated delivery within India is 5–7 working days from dispatch, depending on the shipping option selected.
– For international orders, delivery times may vary based on location and customs processes. Some product categories may not be available for international shipping—please contact us for specific details.

5. Shelf Life & Storage
– Our teas are carefully packed to maintain freshness and typically have a shelf life of 18–24 months.
– For best results, store teas in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from moisture, strong odors, and direct heat.
– Freezing is not recommended, as it may reduce the quality and flavor of the tea.
6. Variations in Terms
Kavora reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to changes in business policies, product offerings, or applicable laws. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply unless legal changes require otherwise.
